Media & Civil Society Co-Production Fund

The Jordan Civil Society Program (CSP), funded by the United States Agency for International Development (USAID), is seeking proposals for the production of original media content focused on issues related to civil society’s ongoing role in contributing to social and political reform processes in Jordan.  CSP expects to award subcontracts of up to 50,000 JOD each for projects of 6-month duration starting around July 2012. 

CSP’s Media and Civil Society Co-Production Fund, (the “Fund”), provides support for joint media and civil society initiatives that use a variety of media and cultural formats to reflect on the actions CSO’s have taken or will take to contribute to the transformation process in the country. The Fund will support a variety of media mediums, including Television (local or regional), Radio, Documentary Film, News Websites, Social Media, Political Cartoon Art, Theatre, Performing Arts and others.  All projects must be developed in partnership between media organizations and CSOs.
